Procurement Specialist - 12-Month Contract
Working Hours: 12pm-8pm (37.5 hrs/week)
Location: Hybrid (1 day WFH/week after initial 2-month training period)
Training Schedule: First month - 9am-5pm (standard hours)

About the Role:
As a Procurement Specialist, you will support the end-to-end purchasing process to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply of materials and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure compliance, manage risks, and drive efficiencies across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Procurement policies, local SOPs, and legal regulations

  • Purchase qualified materials/services at competitive prices

  • Meet cost, quality, and delivery targets

  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities

  • Participate in sourcing and contract negotiations

  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure supply continuity

  • Escalate critical supply issues when necessary

  • Evaluate and manage supplier performance

  • Conduct Supplier Business Reviews and monitor KPIs/SLAs

  • Collaborate with operations to forecast and manage demand

  • Analyse usage trends, resolve abnormalities, and mitigate risks

  • Develop alternative supply sources as needed

  • Support commodity management including market analysis and pricing

About You:

  • Experience in project management is an advantage
