Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 07:20 - 16:00 initially
- Shift pattern moving to 6-2 / 2-10 once fully trained
Holidays:
- 28 days per year, including bank holidays
- Earn an extra day's holiday for each complete year worked, up to five extra days after five years
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Skilled in running a production line and performing quality checks
- Skills: Competent in mathematics, problem-solving, and completing production reports
- Attitude: Flexible, can-do approach, able to work under pressure
- Environment: Comfortable working in a hot environment with hot machinery
- License: Counter-Balance license is a plus, but not essential
- Safety: Safety-conscious with a proactive desire for continuous improvement
- Transport: Must have own transport
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate two production lines
- Cover for absences and holidays as needed
- Handle manual tasks, with a maximum lifting weight of 25kg
- Maintain the housekeeping of the facility
- Receive comprehensive training to excel in your role
