Hi Linda, yes absolutely, the beaches and town are pet friendly! During my stay, I remember seeing people walking their dogs around so it won’t be an issue 🙂 Have a great trip!

We are planning a several week beach stay for February 2025 and will be coming from Mexico City. I wonder if Puerto Escondido might fit the bill. The biggest question is: Are the beaches & towns there dog-friendly? We are traveling with our dog and wouldn’t want to leave her behind when we go swimming and exploring.
