There is a restaurant at Secret Beach with toilets and the closest accommodations would be in Mirissa Town or Weligama Bay! Not sure about the sea conditions in April but it is a fairly protected cove so there won’t be heavy waves. Perfect place to snorkel! Hope this helps! Enjoy 🙂

Yes Secret Beach is perfect for families and you will have to take a taxi or tuk-tuk is recommended.
